Lipstick on a pig😅
Putting the motor on the carpet and sliding it around so little carprt fibers snd dirt can get inside. Quality work.
Did you use the gte oil pump?
Were do you get the spacer
14 wheels mate? Can I please ask when you got them from?
Yessir, i got it from Thailand bro just super hard to find them
Bro, can you please put me in touch with the place you got them
Ive got a set of 14 inch rims with fat tires wide look sick on a grom
Make me a offer i will sale them
@@rickybailey7123 they do look sick and it rides a lot better also
I hope your engine torque specs were better than your footpeg torque specs..10:30
I just slapped on hand tight bike whole bike was still being put together 😂
Hi thanks for the video....what is you fuel consumption now ?.... greetings from the Philippines
why didnt you just put a honda cbr300r motor on it , water cooled and 6 speed trans !
❤️❤️🇹🇭
Feul injection system?
Yessir
Is there a site to get bits on wanted to 2 stroke swop mine
@@GaryJonrd no sir its hard to get the parts!
@@GaryJonrd not sure why but most thai shops don’t ship to USA

@@Qqcxzzx yessir! This one too 💪🏼
Were some of the parts from Thailand?
Seems like you actually living in Thailand.
@@SekRanger yes they where all from Thailand. I wish i was lol love there bikes!
so many dollar involved inthis build😬
@@madmie8006 a lot 🙈
@@andreoli118 iknow when i see the billed crankcase🥶
Do you have the link where to buy the parts?
@@travistojosemito1567 its not that easy to get the parts man.
@@andreoli118 yeah I already tried that's why I asked. Thanks anyway bro
@@travistojosemito1567 no problem dude sorry
Exhaust is too small for the cylinder head
@@afrizon8512 what size do you think it is? Its not 25/28mm like a grom exhaust
You're going to get rubber on your rocker covers when the forks flex under heavy braking lol
@@mandrakejake its fine lol but i got a smaller tire to give it some more clearance. Cant do anything about it engine got to big 😂
Nice build, I hope you are going to do a dyno run video
@@mandrakejake thanks man for sure soon!
try a 300CC BUILT 2 STROKE... mo-powa per CC... FI, hale yea, they make nice systems these days small and light, quiet.. double your HP BEAUTIFUL engine tho... bet its fun as you know what . . .
@@deandee8082 maybe one day man, building the engine would be easy they sale bbk for 250 2 strokes to be 300cc and even 500cc now a days. Swapping it in would be the harder part but maybe one day. There all fun tho when its fast lol
I would love a full length video of some more builds like this! I love it man, congrats on the sweet build.
Thanks man i will do a better video soon and show more of the labor and building process. Thank you 🙏🏼
🔥🔥🔥
Crazy build love it 🥰🥰
@@Kevr.137 thank you 🙏🏼
What’s the links to all the stuff I’d like to do the same
@@1790jman i wish it was that easy. You have to piece it all together and getting the parts is not super easy..
@@andreoli118 really i know grom fathers make stuff like that but I’m not sure how easy it is to get or if they make stuff for other companies
@@1790jman they make similar cylinders and but way over priced in my opinion. Biggest he does is a 223cc.. if you want something like this and you have money to play with hit me up on my ig Andreoli118 i can build you one.
@@andreoli118 shit really how much we talking so I know how much to save
How much total cost for the kit?
@@mipfer theres no kit for this man its all custom. You have to piece it all together. This size wouldn’t fit a stock block. Biggest they sale for stock is 66mm
@@andreoli118 i mean for the whole thing The crankshell, block/bore, head and the small parts thats needed to assemble it
@@mipfer for parts and shipping not including labor you’re looking at about 4k
no oil cooler? very nice looking but your going to get heat problems
@@red88ization no oil cooler. You don’t need one if you build it right and do the correct oil mods! My 240cc grom has no oil cooler and runs at 210 all day 🤙🏼
Crank is off a little bit thats why it vibrates so much but that thing looks sweet good work ❤
@@loganfrogs956 crank was balanced in Thailand and when i checked it was 0.02 spinning perfectly straight. Might need a little bit more weight balancing but they all vibrated with high compression!
Oh ok. Looks sweet man good job
@@loganfrogs956 thanks man 🙏🏼
Why you don't go with automatic clutch? And is it nicely to add that oil tank in the rear?
@@bouazzamajdoubi7974 why would i do a automatic clutch? Yes its good to have a catch can on a really big bore, helps with internal engine pressure and catches any oil if it pushes it out 🤙🏼
Forget piston?
@@bouazzamajdoubi7974 no i custom made cast piston for it.
Forged pistons are more suitable for ceramic blocks
@@riky_f forged is better for every thing but expensive. I don’t feel like i need one but if i do ill have one made 🤙🏼
How much it cost you ? How much HP you expecting from it ?
@@bouazzamajdoubi7974 it’s expensive man, gotta piece it all together and to get the parts its not super easy. But power im thinking over 40hp maybe more. Same set up in Thailand makes over 50hp so we will see how it does! 🤙🏼
That is cool where can I get one
He’s out of breath bc he just left ya muthas
is the transmission stock? cause I would imagine that's something you would want to upgrade
@@dema669 no sir the transmission is not stock even tho stock one should be fine but it was completely changed out. The clutch is the one that needs to be upgraded the stock one is really weak and hardly hold the stock power
It looks good is it expensive in thailand?do you have a l😊ink
@@marcswinnen9100 it’s cheaper than usa prices for sure but it’s still expensive man.
title states custom engine build. Shows absolutely no building boooo
@@IDirtbike sorry I’ll do a better job next time. Engine is completely custom built tho
@@andreoli118 yeah it looks bad ass. Next time brother!!
@@IDirtbike thank you bro!
Fire build I love it 💯
@@MoneymanRome thank you 🙏🏼
@@andreoli118 No problem 💪🏾 can’t wait to see the Dyno numbers
Cool build man! I have never seen a 300cc big bore. Are you going to install a oil cooler and a air filter?
Its all custom from Thailand dude. No plans for oil cooler im still tuning it in, if it needs it i will add one for sure but seems to be fine now no overheating issues. But no air filter v stack gets more flow and i dont ride it in dirty areas its mostly just to race around the block and maybe go to the drag strip a few times
@@andreoli118 all right, good luck, im curious to the hp numbers!
did you design everything by yourself?
I mean yes and no. I got most of the parts ready from Thailand but everything else i had to make or adapt it my self
the engine looks sooo clean
Thank you 🙏🏼
Clicked and already subscribed! Cool content boss
Appreciate it man! 🤙🏼
do they make 300cc big bore kits in thailand for lifan engines? or does it have to be a honda wave or honda grom? i want to build one but not spend the money on a honda engine
They make everything in Thailand dude not sure about 300cc i made this kit my self but maybe. Look around they have awesome builds there
I got an 88cc barrel and piston, plus big carb for a 50cc from thailand, pretty cool.
@@MHLivestreams sweet man good stuff they have everything for small bores there and make them huge. 50cc with a 250cc engine 💪🏼
from that idle sound..i think you need to degree camshaft..
Camshaft was degreed if you watch the video.. idle lobe sound is made with the aracer ecu. I can turn it off and make it sound normal but it sounds cooler chopping 🤙🏼
@@andreoli118 what degree cams/crmpresion ratio u use on this setup?

when the front wheel compresses will it touch the engine? maybe a 250 would of fit better?
Its close for sure i got a smaller tire on the way should clear better. But no way 250s a heavy slow pig lol
Looks like the front needs a bit more clearance from the engine. That will touch.
Its very close for sure. I got a smaller tire on the way should have more clearance. Wanted to lower it more but i can’t 😅
