How long do you think all these projects will take to be officially done ?? 2028 ?
That’s a great question! Many of these projects are already underway. Shoma Bay, for example, is expected to be completed by 2025. 2.9 m dollar home and they have to park their bike on the balcony. lol yeah not happing .
Sometimes space planning can be a bit quirky in high-end condos in the urban core of Miami, especially in Brickell. This condo does have a bike storage room, but the owner prefers to store his bikes on the balcony. Living at Reach puts you right across the street from the Underline, a 10-mile linear park and protected bike trail. Biking is an easier and safer to get around the city by bike. Thanks for pointing that out!

It’s great that they’re discussing people who unlawfully take possession by unlawfully occupying property As far as Florida being a great place to buy property, I think that ship is already already passed. There are too many people living there climate changes, causing havoc on property by Birch with the fact that the insurance industry is pulling out the building industry is in disarray and overcharging people to repair properties. I personally would steer clear of Florida

If I’m buying the condo the hoa should not be able to tell me anything as long as the dog is not dangerous
If you're buying a condo, you should ready the docs.
