Gaatha is a socio-spiritual channel that aspires to help our young nation while involuntarily opening up the doors for them to harness our ancient Indian spiritual knowledge. Group G's first step towards building an all-new, unifying platform for today's youth and the wisdom of the greats. Gaatha hopes to aid them in unlocking the evasive answers to existentialist questions burdening their daily lives. We humans do not have the right to ask why Corona, why humans? Just look at what humans have done to mother earth and animals. It is her revenge. Corona is just the start nature has many other agents to destroy anyone who obstructs her path. Humans need to learn to respect earth and peacefully coexist. We can run but we cannot hide.

Honestly meditation is key to have balance in your life, I actually use the tool from bioenergymeditation.life , It has a free version, but the paid one really is really useful to relieve all the stress. Obviously the paid one is better, but the free program could help y’all to start :)
