@@kuurb5107 It’s my friends server. There is a server plugin you can use to get 8 player lobbies. It can be a bit of a hassle to do if you’re not used to messing with that sort of stuff but I can find the link for you if ya want!

This is definitely one of the better campaigns I've played. And yeeeeah bots are pretty bad in general sometimes xD

@@L4DFAN08Agreed, but better than nobody to save you when a smoker, hunter or charger hold you down, while playing by yourself & also bots are the masters of looking out for eachother but not the gamer lol. Like at the end sometimes when you have to run towards the safe room, they're like 'we'll just chill here and fight over here and you handle that alone'. Anyways.. 'Road to F18' is one I played recently. It's rather good, if you havn't tried it. I'd give it a 8/10 map design and 7/10 difficulty. I play only expert (not realism)

I’ll have you know good sir that L4D1 is still pretty good! Though 2 is the obvious favorite including mine it’s still fun to go back and visit the one that started it all from time to time. Also just finished up getting the achievements for L4D1 so that’s kinda the main reason as to why I’ve been playing it recently.

@@L4DFAN08 I never said its bad or anything, but my point is that you can 100% replicate the experience from L4D1 to L4D2. It's literally pointless to play the first game when you can have the same experience on the second game, and with more player population to join your games (instead of playing exclusively with friends and/or bots). Hell, you can even replicate the lack of the specials L4D2 added with server mutations. Now that you mentioned achievements though, are they translated into L4D2 as well? Because i never payed them any attention. (To simplify, are the L4D1 achievements in L4D2?)

@@damsen978 Absolutely, that's one of the reasons L4D2 is so great! The amount of modding potential is unparalleled. I wish there where a bit more about the game we could change but I'll take what we got for sure. I just think in the case of L4D1 vs L4D2 some people regardless of mods just really like the feel of the first game which memories and personal experience plays along with that which all together might make some people like the first game more than the second. I of course prefer the second game all the live long day and only really play L4D1 for the achievements because what kind of 'L4D FAN' would I be if I didn't perfect both games? lol. And no, to answer you last question there I don't believe there is any crossover between 1 and 2. There are some arguable ones perhaps, and there are some from the TLS team that I thought seemed like something that shoulda been in the first game. In all honesty in my opinion since they brought all the L4D1 campaigns and most of the survival maps I figured they might as well bring all or most of the achievements over too. Cause why not

@@L4DFAN08 Yea that is why I do not play with bots normally. I would rather be caught by a smoker completely alone and know its over than be smoked while a bot stands right next to me without doing anything. Its just so much more frustrating.
