Hungrs is a duo formed by father and son (Marcos and Lucca Hunger) from Atibaia, São Paulo, Brazil.
Lucca is 16 years old and is responsible for composing and recording all the instruments (drums, guitars, and bass). Marcos, now 44, handles the lyrics and vocals.
A bit of history:
In his early twenties, Marcos formed a band called Autofobia. With a few local shows and half a dozen songs, the band didn't have time to take off, as other responsibilities called, and the group disbanded.
Now, in order to encourage his eldest son, he came up with the idea of forming this band to foster creativity in compositions. And that's how Hungrs began.
Recording at home, Lucca composes the music and all the instrumental parts. Then Marcos listens and, as he gets inspired, starts writing.
This is how the first album, "Simbiose", will be created, with the first single (Somebody Says) being released on September 14, 2024, along with the music video.
