Yeah it’s a bit weird to not get much coolant out, no clue how much it supposed to hold .I’ll be changing my coolant again as I have new coolant hoses getting out on soon.

The bumper was off and u cant remove the flares with the glue residue left behind so pre taped plastic is fine and professionals do similar if not same.

@@Col.Big123 yes same as evo x, there's full cloth or cloth and leather . Correct just need rails, i have just put them both in and will post a video on it soon

@@olegkhe Do you mean the o ring crush washer for the drain plug? that you can reuse as that's what I did before and had no leaks. The drain plug it self is 24mm socket so maybe 20mm diameter washer but im not 100% on the exact size

pipes wise for noise isn't as much as to say if you had a pod filter , but more so would gain some horsepower as it can hold boost better of course if tuning it can get more from hard pipes as well

Gauges themselves are still working was just the sensors for oil gauges started to play up . So I replaced them with AEM gauges which are much more accurate and reliable

More than a year or so before issues slowly came about, cheap gauges kinda to be expected

I just looked up AMP wiring kit and used that as its a universal kit

depends on the power or ground, the power should be a thicker gauge cable compared to the ground. You can probably get a 0 gauge for positive power and 4 gauge for ground negative

​@Alexshao1 did you just plug the rca cables in the head unit separate from the speaker wire?

Yes connect to the back of your head unit , some may need to run a splitter to adapt but varys on what unit you have

Yeah run bigger gauge positive power in case as does use bit of juice so don’t over heat the cable, AMP kit should come w a 8 gauge negative/ground wire. Think used 4 gauge for power

Yep most radiators have a plug u can screw off to drain and thats what ive done just didnt show it

Eventually will probably get new shocks but for right now them seem to cope alright , my rears are Version R shocks so already a bit stiffer and lower than factory Plus suspension

The back of gauges has a switch I think if u hold it or just press it till the colours are changing u can then change the colour

Took many measurements to get it perfectly slotted in with the gauges

If there’s anything that says made in Taiwan or anything then it’s a rep has to have MAC on the part itself

Using 2.5in adapter but you will need to get the MAF rescaled by tuning it as it is bigger than oem size

Stock fuel pump can handle up to 300hp which is more than a stock block can handle

@@Alexshao1 the stock wrx fuel pump won’t last long your maxing it out at 300hp its better to upgrade to a walbro fuel pump. I ran into a fuel starvation issue when I upgraded to the pinks because the system was losing fuel pressure. The stock fuel pump motor will burn itself out because it’s over working itself

No need to change the fuel pump as they are capable of fueling more power than a stock colt engine can handle, I’ve only changed the injector to STI pink 565cc to lower the fuel duty cycle from 80% peak to now mid 50s . The pump it set will be fine haven’t had any fueling issues

There is no need to replace the fuel pump when upgrading injectors. If you do upgrade the pump to for example a dw65c youll need an fuel pressure regulator. 43psi is what your pressure should be, no more no less. I am running sti blue injectors, dw65c and tomei fpr on my colt 👍

Without tune anything more than a panel filter will run bad , mines been tune and rescaled the MAF for pod filter

Heat and moisture can’t wear it faster, I put my 3 port far away near the headlight area

@@NemesiscrxMy old (fake) didn’t have any issues till it died so can use at own risk and longevity

For a manual will probably throw a code as they are more sensitive, even for cvt there’s small idling issues and throttle response issues that get fixed w MAF scaling

So need to get it tuned basically, also does it take more fuel for heat soak or running rich. Thanks

@@Motomaniac2408 will be best if can be tuned yeah , prob be a bit warmer IAT but nothing that I can feel . Best to have k@n panel filter if u worried about temps

@@Motomaniac2408 hahaha there is turbo noise even without pod filter . Panel filter is still good for noise and just hard pipes and a recirc BOV

Normal colt i assume you mean Version R is that there isnt as much body spot welds and some other small things to make it a stifffer chassis, but the big difference is there is more boot space rest is just minor things

Sounds like there’s a vacuum leak somewhere , it probably maybe the BOV is leaking. Only way to know is if your have a stock or another spare to throw on to test
