They need to turn his mic up so he doesn't have to strain for volume so much. His voice is too quiet and when he tries to sing loud it flakes out and then you have people saying in TH-cam comments that he sounds terrible live, when he actually does have an amazing talent. I mean it could also just be the recording didn't pick his voice up well idk.
