It's a novelty, fun, and worth the money. The view of the bay area is great. Just be mindful, if you do go, take the shorter route first, get use to the pedaling and the effort it takes to move the heavy pedal car and some of the inclines. Use the 20 minute rest area to regroup and catch your breath, especially if you're not use to a little bit of a physical work out.

Hi Selina, great question! We did the Southern Circuit which was about 90 or so minutes in total!
@@bigalsadventures3560 How difficult is this to do? In our late 50’s and turning 60. Is this an hour and a half with no breaks? Would this be hard on your back?
@@yiyiskblue8 Hello Cheryl! My parents were 58 and 59 at the time, both moderately active. My mom goes on a stationary bike every day for an hour and my dad has an active job. So it's truly your comfort level. If you move around a lot in your day to day and can pedal for at most 30 minutes without a break then you'll be fine. The bikes aren't heavy however you do have to continuously pedal at a steady speed. If you do the course we did, you'll see there's a 25-30 minute break where you can get up and walk, or snack like we did and enjoy the beautiful view! But then you have to pedal another 3 miles to return to your car. The seats aren't the most comfortable but they were not painful and the whole experience was under two hours. I hope this helps :)

Did you have to bring your food for the picnic?
Hi, great question! We did have to bring our own food and drinks and everything else such as napkins, plates, etc. The quad bikes have space where you can leave bags and coolers in between. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how much room is available on the tandem bikes, so I'm sorry I can't give an accurate description about that!
