Kristin, Maybe you won’t see this. I found it on your web page in the videos section. I’m following your online jazz lessons and as I’ve commented there you are the first teacher I’ve discovered on TH-cam who goes slowly enough for those who like myself have played for a long time but who neglected theory and need to catch up. I particularly like how methodically you teach, go step by step, and give us the opportunity to play along with you while you patiently show proper fingering on the fretboard and explanation of theory. I wanted to get more of a sense how you actually play and now, after watching this excellent performance and tribute to Wes Montgomery, I can truly say I love your style, really enjoyed listening to the covers as well as the originals. The band is also excellent. Love the sax player’s sound, pianist is tops, and bass and drums strong solid accompaniment. And amazing how you miraculously recovered after the accident!
