Deep Creek Acres is a small homestead off the beaten path in Eastern NC. It is our goal to be more selective about what we eat and put in our bodies that has provided the motivation to start this journey. My wife’s persistence has slowly convinced me to join her in this journey. We choose to live the simple life and away from daily grind when we are not working our normal jobs. From organic sour dough bread to free range poultry, we’ve added a dairy calf Daisy to our homestead and will add raw milk to our list soon enough. While the beginning of our journey has been difficult and challenging, we continue to learn and get better with each passing day. There’s no telling what videos will show up here.
