@@LBZDIRTYYMAX This truck turned into a nightmare after I installed a cheap Y-bridge kit. Long story short it kept coming apart and a piece of one of the clamps got ingested by cylinder 1. Two valves broke and the head was destroyed. Piston was also destroyed. Cylinder walls were fine so I pulled the engine, replaced the piston, and replaced the heads. Driver side head was fine but I figured I would go ahead and stud it while it was apart (ARP). After I drove it for 4,000 miles or so, I decided to adjust the valves because I was not confident in my first adjustment after installing the new heads. I had never done any of this kind of work before so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to double check the clearances. I also didn’t change the pushrods after it blew up, which was a mistake. The engine locked up when the valves broke so it’s quite possible one or more of the pushrods was bent. It’s also possible that as the new heads broke in, the clearances became smaller as the valves seated into the head. Total parts cost after the disaster was about $5,000. I did every bit of the work myself. I no longer have this truck, but it is still running flawlessly. I got rid of it because I wanted a fresh start after everything that happened. I bought a 2009 and have been super happy with it.

@@jacksonreid6412 yeah my truck has a slight ticking and I believe the valves need adjusted. I put a pusher cold side intake tube on mine and kept the stock y bridge because I don’t plan on making crazy power

It has something to do with the electronic brake motor. I don’t know much about it because this isn’t mine. But that buzzing is deafening and super annoying

As the description states, this was a two wheel drive pull. The 2007 model year didn’t have traction control. Didn’t catch traction until around 40

It’s pretty loud. Not too bad on the highway but around town it gets annoying.

Can’t afford to fix it if I break it 😂

Did it set off your check engine light?

@@timjohnson6457 Yes, check engine light is intermittent due to no catalytic converters
