Stranger from the Depths Ch 1 After sleeping for thousands of years the last survivor of a lost civilization returns to life to reveal secrets of the earth's core never imagined.
Hey, I would like to use this footage for a documentary I am making. Do you own this footage?
I do not own it. I got it from a friend who has since passed.
@@dtbnomad I am very sorry for your loss. Is there any way I could get permission from anyone in the family at all to use this footage? I would really love to use it in my documentary about Press on Regardless and share this awesome footage with the world. Thank you, Iain Bukowinski
@@iainbukowinski6688 I am not in touch with the family anymore. The wife of the guy I got this from I am sure would not know where it came from. She liked rallying but was not into computers and the internet. For what it’s worth, you have my blessings. If you make big money off this clip, cut me a slice.
@@dtbnomad sounds good! Thank you very much! I definitely will not make big money haha, this is for a school project but I do plan to just post it on my own to the public anyways! But if I do get tons of views, of course I will split the earnings haha! I can most definitely put your TH-cam channel name in the credits too!
Hello, I would like to make for my own the Volvo 142S race number 116. Do you know where I could find photo to secure the color of the car and the sticker ? Best regards Erik
thanks for uploading this. I read this book as a young child and for many years could not recall what it was called. Fantastic
I remember The POR when it ran in the Keweenaw in the 80's. Jon Davis and his support for Rally is deeply missed.
Oh my gosh, I was there running stages with my brother and friends. Some of the best times of my life.
My husband Rich Merritt and I (Linda Merritt) were one of the teams who entered who just wanted to finish -- and we did. Our "Finisher" plaques are among our most prized possessions. We were Car #151 and, although I didn't see our car in this footage, it was great to see this video and remember how it was.
The guy with dark glasses and beard driving Polish Fiat is Andrzej Jaroszewicz, also known as "Red Prince." He is a son of former Polish Premier Piotr Jaroszewicz. He finished this rally in 12th place. The fastest Polish Fiat finished in 6th place (Robert Mucha/Ryszard Zyszkowski). The last Polish Fiat finished in 15th (last classified) place (Marek Varisella/Janina Jedynak). Six cars DNFed.
Im playing this song now and its so awesome
Hello I have sent you a message. Is your husband still alive? I really would like to contact him as we now have two old Subaru GL coupes and want to build a replica of the rally car from 1973...He might be a great source of information...!
Faster than its supposed to be, and the low brass needs to seperate notes more
Thanks for posting this video. I was there in '73 working stages at 16 years old - this brings back excellent memories.
unfortunately americans prefer nascar and indy racing...there aren't american rally driver in wrc..and ken block isn't a rally driver -.-
This is one of my band pieces this year!! I absolutely love this pice!!! Nice job too!
wrc needs to come back to michigan
Polski Fiat 125p is the best :)
Fiacior! :D daje twardo :D

Thanks for this blast from the past! I was part of the support crew for the Dart Performance Subaru team and my husband was a driver. Those three cars were shipped to Texas from Japan and the guys picked them up and drove them to Michigan. I believe that was the beginning of Rallying for Subaru in the US.
this is epic :) car 160 is grandpa
We are in car 147...
My band is playing this song tonight. :)
What a cool corner to watch a rally from! great spot!
Those guys with the fire are not doing themselves or the drivers any favors. Its funny in theory until they get run over by a rally car.
