I have Quest 2, I connect it via Wi-Fi to a PC to which a video camera is connected (I have a regular Logitech camera), and on which MRC and OBS programs are installed. On TH-cam, you can find instructions on how to do all this for shooting mixed reality. It's a long story to tell :)😊Or look at the link in the description of my channel
