Still nice to see them visit here and impressive, just miss that eerie sound and that harmony when they turn and engines on one side create a singing effect as they spool up and blend with idling ones.

Good to see some legacy hornets still up and flying , My old squadron had them VFA-131 Wildcats out of NAS Cecil Field fla , US Navy 1984/1988 sure miss those days !

Great video thanks! Interesting that some of those Fins have no targeting pods, no training rounds and no range calibration spike? Whereas the Canadians have Sniper pods, winders and range spikes.

The Green Mountain Boys! Burlington Air National Guard! (VT) They went from decades old F-16s to the F-35A..they only have 5 right now..will be getting (18)…just like the 104th FW here in Westfield Massachusetts will be going from F-15s to (22) F-35As also by mid to end of 2026! Cool Video….also there’s like 3 counties complaining near Burlington complaining of the decibels the plane puts out (65+ decibels) which is just a fraction of the noise since their located in a mountainous area!

Many years ago I lived in Cowbit in Lincolnshire. Holbeach St John airfield was having an open day and Sally B was doing low passes over said airfield. She was just starting to pull up as she flew over the back of our garden low enough for us to clearly see the pilots. Absolutely fantastic.

That F-111 was almst 2 times as bidg as the little F-22 an flew at mach 2-plus flew short and longrange missions it's been taken out of active service at this point what an aircraft

The F-111 was a remarkable aircraft long and short range and tactical nuclear cabable every 4 or 5 months the base would be put on alert everything was geared toward geting those birds off the ground with nucleral capable weapons ofcourse download them befor flight a site to see none as the ELEPHANT walk great base hard working men and women the 48th God bless

That's actually not true in there's and 90's RAF LAKENHEATH was a bomber base for the F-111 fighter bomber the misson statement was in peace we train for WAR and don't you forget it get your facts straight when you don't know ask I was security personal in the 80's and this TAC base was a vital part of the mission in Iraq others will be checking in guaranteed
