You are absolutely right. We all deserve to be treated with basic respect and it’s really heartbreaking to hear that good people don’t receive that. It’s apparent that you’re in a lot of pain right now and it may be hard to believe this, but no one should be treated like they don’t exist or be made felt like they aren’t loved. It may seem easy for me to say this as a stranger, but when we focus on the bad parts, we tend to let that outweigh the good. Hi i know it’s easy for me to say this but of course I don’t know you but I believe that you aren’t a bad person. There’s this quote that when bad things happen to good people doesn’t make them a bad person. I think I may had something similar to you, because in the past I had this standard for a friendship that defines friendship like in movies or shows and I thought that’s what friendship means. But with friends I have I doubted that they like me, I thought I was just making everything worse for everyone and I isolated myself from them because they didn’t match my standard of friendship. But now I learnt that friendship isn’t always like in the movies, in friendship it just needs to be loyalty and caring for each other. I’m so sorry about you horrible experience and I understand what you are feeling. I know that this went for so long for you and hoping for something isn’t really working, but I’ll tell you that I think you should hope and reach out to peaople.
