Just put some new bearings in the idlers and added a brace to add support for the more powerful motors

Just threw it together with Tupperware, bungee cords and tack welds. I wanted to see it move....

Just playing with the dozer, you may notice at times the backup alarm and the blade twitch when the blade is being used, not sure at this point what is causing it but I think it's the motor controller....

Just put it back together after doing a bunch of things, so I thought I would drive it around in circles to enjoy it.....

This is a project that I have been planning for a couple months while I was sitting at home with a broken leg, it's a scratch build using basic tools, mig welder, hand grinder and drill press. I have been building now for about one month and it's coming along great. Here is a basic list of items used, Sabertooth 60x2 motor control, Sabertooth 5x2 motor control, Futaba 9chp radio, pride jazzy 11...

Hey Carl it has been my life long dream of building one of these guys, I’m narrowing down the list of stuff I need to make it happen. What kind of batteries do you recommend running for 2 dunkermotoren gr80x80 60v motors

Unfortunately I don’t really have the time, if i did i would be working on the excavator and haul truck that i want.
Very nice im curious do you have any issues with material getting into the tracks ? Also how long of a run time do you get off a charged battery approximately?
I used to have issues with the old motors, it would lock up when rocks got in between the tracks and wheels. With the new motors the rocks explode.

This might be the most powerful rc dozer I've seen. That 3 shank ripper did great especially in those roots!!!

I wish I wasnt half poor at the moment. It runs like a real d10. Nothing can stop it. You should make a tiny lazer level for it. How much does that thing weigh?

Think the high voltage wires might be affecting controller?
Jo Houston at the time of the video that was a big problem, mostly due to the cheap brushed motors in the linear actuators, i had to ground everything and put resistors on all the motors.
