I made this speedrun in January of last year but it was boring to clear check so I stopped. I came back to it and fixed the annoying parts this past week and finally uploaded it! I am really proud of some of the setups in this and I hope it's fun :3 It ended up taking 6 hours and I missed the pow triple like 8 times. Showering every day is bad for your skin anyways. Especially hot ones. Recommended are showers every 2-3 days. If you feel dirty you can still do a small wash instead of a full shower
No Flower check though... If I see this correctly you can walljump at the end instead of the wallclimb

As someone ignorant to the mechanics of the game, why do you have to wait before grabbing the flagpole? Are you waiting for a certain cycle or just taking your time before attempting?
i am lining up to a precise pixel so i can use my setup because the spike gap over the flag is pixel perfect. i then do two frame perfect inputs and hope i did it right, which i got on my 11th try :)
