You need a friend.
Your content has helped me so much, I can’t thank you enough!
I moved to NC a few years ago and have no idea why this place is so popular. It’s boring AF here, the taxes are high and its kind of a dump. Its very overcrowded as well.
My kind of Chicago

Hi, I am moving to Chicago and want to talk with you. Do you happen to have an email addres? I have an International number I tried to text you but it didn't go through.
You may email me at jordan@pyleresidential.com
I just dont like a lot of the people. So many fake mean entitled people. So many cliques, so much rudeness, one of the leasst enjoyed cities that i have ever loved in. I could deal with the winters if only the people were warm.
I'm planning to move to Chicago in early 2025, Chicago is one of the places that is most like me, but the issue of traffic and cost off living+taxes is making me VERY worried, I don't know if I risk it or look for another place with the Chicago vibe but cheaper, but I don't know if it would exists😓
Chicago has a great cultural scene unrivaled in the USA. It also has a lively amateur sports scene where people of all ages can play almost any sport imaginable. also Chicago gets great value for the taxes paid.
What sides of Chicago are the safest. I keep getting results for years ago
Chicago is not a "blue/liberal state" )because Chicago is a CITY!)😅 😉
Before moving anywhere - get the free version of the Citizen App and you will get realtime notifications of crime taking place in areas that you want to move. I live on a street over from Rush in Gold Coast and it is considered safe for Chicago standards but it’s still loud AF with the sirens, high taxes, Palestine protests etc. Also wayyy over priced for what you get. Yards here are an Absolute JOKE compared to other places where a .25acre back yard is bare bone standard issue. We’re talking tiny “yards”. Change my mind! There is a reason why so many business are struggling or moving from Chicago. Way too expensive to have a business unless it is illegal or wielding the might of a corrupt relationship with politicians. First reason is crime. And second is the tax upon tax upon tax and especially the “Union Tax”. Unions are privately owned For Profit businesses that “were once” run by the Mob. They are great at extorting money from business and Chicago has all of them. Please tell me I’m wrong! Also Republicans now run the country under President Trump. This means Chicago is at odds now. The city of Chicago will be punished simply because it is a democrat stronghold and the democrats here are so corrupt / do not know how to work with other people with different ideas -- let alone other democrats! The fallout from fighting with the President and his elected officials will trickle down in the form of punishment for the community. Tell me I’m wrong! The city of Chicago is in debt!. The parking meters in the city are owned by another country in the Middle East! Also for a Chicago being sooo intensely Democrat and “Blue” this is the most SEGREGATED city I’ve seen and I’m from the southern part of the US. It’s absolutely messed up but you can almost always tell where in Chicago a person lives just from their race. Blacks live in the South. Whites live in the north. Wrong or right??? Positives are that it’s much cleaner downtown than NY.
DO NOT MOVE TO CHICAGO DONT DO IT
Don't worry I'm plenty happy in Colorado! ( GO AVS!) 😁 Blackhawks suck! 😜 (But not as much as the red wings😅
No intrest in team members. I followed you for a reason. If you cannot be honorable then screw you
Yea dont do it
Born and raised in Chicago. It has two things going for it - sports and food, that's it. Everything else is bad. You're welcome! 😉
What an idiotic comment. I moved here to experience a big city lifestyle. Not many cities in the US offer that.
i'd also like to add chicago has the 1st worst traffic in the us and 2nd worst in the world
How live in a city like this😦
Finest day of my life was when the moving truck pulled out of the driveway and headed West! Illinois corruption drove me out. Good riddance!
Nobody wants u back
Lol...lies. it's a garbage pit with little sections of uppety liberals ...
How is Peqoud's not on this list, when they were voted best in the country?
Is it safe there? I was considering moving there until I heard about violent crimes like murder and rape
Great content homie!

Excelent review!!!
Can you also help with moving from like Germany or Austria to USA( Chicago )?
I want to move to Chicago but I’m in a predicament. I want to live near the city but will be working up north in Abbott Park. I also need a yard for a very reactive dog. Where would you suggest living that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg?
If it doesn't have an outdoor space it ain't worth the horse you rode in on.
I half jokinly say...if there is pleny of street parking then your in a bad area...if you can't find a parking space then you're in a good area.
Alot of those areas in the Carolina's is destroyed right now.. you might need to update this😬
Чудове відео 👍👍👍😊😊😊❤❤❤
Buying stocks might seem easy, but picking the right one without a solid plan is tough. I've been trying to grow my $100K portfolio, but the tricky part is not having clear plans for when to buy and sell. Any tips on this would really help.
I’m thinking between my budget and my roots (Florida Man) that I would be an Edgewater Beach kinda guy
Chicago's the cleanest and best city in the U.S. Chicago's been going through urban renewal for decades. All the projects were destroyed, the slums and ghettos have been cleaned up and gentrified. There are still some rough areas on the west and south sides but even they're much safer and cleaner than the 80s and 90s. Chicago's building many residential towers, entire neighborhoods, stadiums are in planning and our quantum capital will be world-renowned.
Despite what fake news spews, and the DNC, Chicago is actually the most conservative city with a population of over 1 million in the country. It is also is home to the most millionaires of any city. Chicago also has the most PhDs of any city.
This is a good video and it has been very informative. I like visiting Chicago on the weekends. There is always something to do.
is there a way i could get ahold of you on the phone possibly ?
Please email me at jordan@pyleresidential.com and we can set up a call from there. Thanks so much!
I moved here back in 1999 because i wanted to live in a walkable city with mass transportation. I got tired of my whole paycheck going to a car. Sadly i see a lot of the pedestrian friendly corner stores disappearing into parking lots lately,
Number one-highest black population in usa city
I love this city 🏙 my hometown! I’m never leaving
Tbh, as someone who is moving from DFW to Chicago, it’s pretty on par. Only real difference is the gas price, but, I’m in Texas so….
Rockford -Freeport Stand up 🗣️😊
o-block is nice
U wish my property taxes were $7500 for a $500000 house in Chicago… it’s more like $10,000!
Winters are worse in Chicago because of the big city congestion. Also, being at the edge of the Central Time Zone means the daylight ends around 4:00pm for a few weeks around Christmas. Also being on the west side of a lake means the prairie air is dry and prone to cracking your skin. And table-flat terrain gives you little typological relief. Winters are easier in the Traverse City area of Michigan due to less congestion, winds being moist on that side of the lake, an extra hour of light at the end of the day at the edge of the Eastern Time Zone, and varied terrain giving visual relief.
