See? This is why the quality of our animated fiction have dipped. We don't have enough mysterious (probably radioactive) green ooze turning people into something else. Hydroman had that, this dude had that, Daredevil and TMNT shared the same canister, The Mask had that... I think... They were good shows. You know the implications that this city just casually dumps radioactive waste in the harbor is not good.
