Hi I was would say go for large for your current size. Cutting at 74s, hope your waist will be about 31… then you will still be good with large… Medium you already maxed out…

@@BigBikeTraveller Hey man I switched to Large from medium and I have about 3 holes to get smaller and can set it tighter on squats with 2 holes left to get smaller on deadlift I set it with 3 holes to get smaller My waist is about 37 inch Would switching back to Medium be better or is this the right size? I am 78.2 now I think I would cut max to 74 for comp but most likely would stay 3% above 74kg class Thanks
