Sir, kindly clarify my doubt reg internals- in my school, portfolio is checked periodically say 3 times per term and awarded marks out of 10. The final portfolio will carry the average of all six portfolio marks reduced to 5. If I have been awarded 10/10 on 5 portfolio checkings and 5/10 in one portfolio, can the school be generous and give me 10/10 as I have been consistent most of the times? My school is very strict in awarding internals and the case is I lose around 2 marks in every subject on portfolio, (multiple assessment and subject enrichment) since they calculate an average of everything and doesn't award full marks despite getting a full 10/ 10 in many periodical assessments. Sir.. Teachers teach in heads .. Although they used to practice writing lesson plans while in teacher training Institues yet don't prefer to write when they are in schools as regular teacher's.. I think a shorter version would help teachers and these plans shall be already in written form..
