When you explain it the way you did then I guess that's okay for you to show your kids the Harry Potter series. While I was not a huge fan of that series many others are though. Plus according to your logic as long as the writer/creator of a series 📙, or 🎥) doesn't include their personal propaganda views/beliefs in there then yes it is okay to show to your kids. Your kids will eventually find about the writer (not to be named) later on and then they can make their own decisions on them then, but in the meantime don't ruin their precious childhood time though.

Woww the same story for me. I begun to notice the tendency of girls toys. When I was 5. When I knew that my mom’s gone to have a baby I wished she were a girl to ask for her for the toys that I wanted and play with those and with her. But no, that was denied as well and almost 450 years later here I’m married with children trying to escape but and the same time holding firmly to my family. I think you're a different generation to me Jenn and rural Suffolk in the sixties and seventies a different place and time. I had Mums clothes too, although she was still wearing many of them as there was little money for new clothes for her with three youngsters to feed and clothe. That did leave me with a liking for fifties and sixties styles though. I relate to being the quiet, shy type though. I always preferred female company too, I never got that much except playing with my younger sister. Anyway sorry, not meaning to take away from your story, just looking for parallels.

I was taken up and the first thing he told me was Know that I Am. Second thing he told me was know that I love you. Yes, he loves you. No worries but, he flips the scrip. In his presence he makes us judge ourselves. He will not judge you, you will be the judge. That's what happened to me. Not fun when we judge ourselves. Peace be with you.
