    Sheesh....whatta you have to do these days to get some hits? Fellas, this video is excellent - i really value it - i'm gobsmacked that it only has a few hits. You both have great youtube presence individually and interactively - i love the pirate stuff. As i was watching, i looked at the views thinking id see something in the 100ks area - was shocked....the only thing i can think of is this: as it began - i was not set up to listen immediately because i expected an add - the immediate three seconds appear to b an add - i was sipping my coffee waiting for the youtube to start, and only after about 15 seconds realised it had - then started listening. I think the intro is excellent - but it might fool people to thinking it is an add like ' you just won a million bucks ' type thing. Just a guess

    Brave of her to speak with such confidence while demonstrating basic lack of knowledge and hypocrisy. The military has ranks for chain of command and expediency of life/death decision making and organized team movement. Any inference that a "better than you" attitude in any way defines that existence is uninformed at best - more likely willfully misleading and deceptive in order to fit a narrative. Also, for someone espousing the virtue of a culture with no titles, she displays her 'Head of...' title at Patagonia, as well as her other titles on her LinkedIn profile for others to see - and consequently hold her in a given state of regard.

    She talks about removing employees that don't aline with the companya values. These values based on climate change are of an inherent value and a political value. This type of thinking could lead to political discrimination when hiring. It also sets a standard where in the work places you can not share different political belifes for frear of lossing your job. A company is not a church or ruling body it should deal in matters of morality and meaning with great discretion.

      I disagree with your assessment. She did mentioned looking for another position that may fit the employees needs. Also, if applying for a position and obtaining employment prior to doing due diligent research on the organization, there is a possibility that either the employee or the company will eventually need to part ways. Consider someone who is an advocate in gun control finding employment at the NRA, not a good match indeed.
