I’ve heard good things about the ride parks in the area. I would like to make a trip out East to hit trails in that area, as well as Hatfield-McCoy someday.

@ if you want a hidden gem, try this place out. Black Maountain Off-road Adventure Park. Pay to ride but it’s just $60 for a year or $25 for a weekend. Somewhat rocky trials, but mostly flat unless your on the side trails. SxS and extreme rock buggy trails are also available there. Thanks for the feedback. I'm not exactly sure what I am doing wrong with the camera. I film the videos in 4K, then I make sure to render them in 4K as well. I noticed they were grainy, but I always assumed it was the Internet on my end of things. I know GoPros aren't the best, but they have come a long way and I would think 4K would make a clear video. Guess I will have to do some research.

Thanks! On most trails, I like the 700xx better. However, I like the raptor more at the dunes and on very smooth trails.

@ anytime man. Ya it’s pretty bad here i only ride locally in the winter hopefully we get some snow soon and i can get out and rip.

That would be a major challenge considering the frame is one piece and the engine out sprocket is directly in the middle

Those are actually snow tires. They seemed to do okay because the sand at Little Sahara is fairly coarse compared to other places.

Those are not my cold weather gloves. For cooler temperatures I use Fox legion cold weather gloves. They seem to do well in most scenarios, but are still chilly if it is really cold out.

Thanks! We had that kind of wind when we went last fall. This year there was absolutely zero wind, making for really rough sand. However, it made flying the drone really nice.

I noticed that when Pete and I were comparing the lights side by side. However, he gave me a good deal on his old V1s so I took them.

It is one of my favorite places to ride! It’s amazing to see how many people travel across the country to ride at Little Sahara.

It did get a little rough in spots. If I had to do it again, I would run that trail in the opposite direction so I was going down the ledges.

I use a GoPro hero 10 on a Dango Design mount, hooked to a Purple Panda mic. I basically followed a video that Pete Hager posted. If you look up “Pete Hager motovlog setup” it should come up.

I would agree that it an underrated quad. At first, I was not too sure how much I liked it, but now I love it. The quad rides great, has pleanty of power, and is an overall great trail machine!

Definitely a fun trip! I will say I am very glad I bought the Honda before this trip.
