Used it correctly. Swelling was too much. You need to take into account many factors to save the leg of the bird. Alhamdulillah bird is safe and healthy. That’s enough to justify that cutter was used correctly.

@@Aamyr the cutter needs to be applied to the top and bottom end of the ring at once. This allows for least discomfort. You were putting the broad head under the ring which was dangerous, uneccesary and the incorrect way to handle this cutter. The cutter is structured in a fashion where it does not need to be all the way inside the ring next to the bird's leg.

Thank God the bird is safe.

@@ZahidSindhu Yes you are right but this is done when there is no swelling or very minimal. In the current scenario as shown in the video, swelling was too much and bird was in discomfort. It was not possible to cut in that way. So you need to be very cautious that you didn’t hurt the bird and ring is removed safely. I will uploaded the video to remove the ring of normal bird. In that case you can see the difference.
