    The guage on this tell you nothing but useless information , doesn’t tell you amps your using or watts your using

      @run-n-gunfun4606 ture it doesn't but it has the little usage gauge with the 5 bars, while it's not perfectly accurate if it said how many amps it was drawing wouldn't bo much good unless it said how many it producing too

    Don't start in eco.

    • @slip0n0fall
      @slip0n0fall หลายเดือนก่อน

      you can't - ECO is not a separate physical button and the control panel doesn't get power until started.

    Very nice video! you’re right not many videos on this one. I would like to see how it runs on propane i would never run gas in it. Im going to use it just as a home backup

    • @ericcrockett6396
      @ericcrockett6396 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @RayLacks my home backup genny has never had gas in it only propane, now this one gets used several times a week mounted on my service truck so gas gets cycled thru about one tank per week

    Hey Eric, thanks for the video. Never worked on my Kubota CV's before. If I slide the boots back and remove the C clips on both ends is there enough play to remove the cv's? Or is it mandatory to remove the 6 bolts [hub and cv flange] at the front end? Basically I just need to clean and repack the cv's with grease and replace the boots.

    • @ericcrockett6396
      @ericcrockett6396 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will have to remove the spacer off the crank pulley there is not enough movement in the drive couplings to compress the spring to get the shaft to pop out

    Its totally a sh*t design. And kubota never even bothered to put a guard in there to protect the fan. Its like they designed it to fail on purpose, burn up the transmission, then you`d buy another tractor from them. I just wish i had looked deeper into all the BX problems BEFORE i bought one. I would have simply bought another brand.

    • @ericcrockett6396
      @ericcrockett6396 ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually, other than the HST fan having little-to-no guarding around it I have not run across any problems with my BX other than its low lift capacity due to the loader design but as far as mechanical problems haven't really run into any. Have you seen the guy who put a external cooler with a electric fan on his bx?

    • @Glide1992

      My BX 2380 is a 2019 model. It has a junky guard under that fan. I trusted it, it didn't work. Must have been designed by the same guy that engineered the mounting of the fan.

    • @ericcrockett6396
      @ericcrockett6396 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Glide1992 if you go to Google and look up kubota bx remote trans cooler you'll find it

    Dang man! I had this idea to turn a school bus into a car hauler that looks a lot like this! Then I find out that a bunch of others online have actually done this before. Still though, I love the bus you have here. It sounds and looks great!

    this sounds nice, I'm planning to Retrofit a bus a year after I get my first job. I can stay close to my mom and travel and its cheaper than making payments on an expensive Ass big RV or trailer at a park when a full size or short bus can be picked up for under 5k. and once I do ill make its straight piped like this and do some engine mods lol
