Thanks for the info! I had a question: is there a requirement for WHEN to notify the CLEO? Hypothetically, what happens if someone submits their form 1 to the ATF, waits several months, and then notifies the CLEO (while the application is still pending)? Would there be an issue there?

A great place to go for feedback and vent and see how people get on with chemo or radiation or discuss there mutations etc. What works for them, etc. It's inspire.com. You can talk about CBD, chemo,and more. I am in the brain tumor section,.There's lots of good immunotherapy out there, and advances in surgery. Care Oncology I have heard great things about. They discuss the right type of treatment/chemo etc for your type of cancer,.

You got this. I’m 34, HER2+, and got diagnosed May 1. It is long and it sucks but thank god they caught it now and not when it was further along, right? My genetic testing is in two weeks because it’s not in my family either. I won’t know my official stage until the surgery cause it depends on how many lymph nodes (I know 1 for sure). You’ll be okay...I thought I wouldn’t be but now I’m on my 5/8 chemo. Just know you aren’t alone, join some Facebook groups...it helps to talk to other people with cancer because people without cancer will never completely understand. Stay strong! xo

What you said is not correct. If you get a hunting and target restriction you CAN NOT carry concealed to and from your intended area of shooting. You still have to have the weapon unloaded and secured in your vehicle or in a case and locked or unlocked depending on the classification of firearm, being large capacity or not. How are you going to prove that you were on your way to or from a range?

So if my permit is restricted to employment and sporting I can carry to and from work

I do have a problem it's a question now I have class a license and one of the restrictions is hunting and target practice or range and target practice now for example with my job I can be called into work I'm at the range I finished shooting I'm on my way from the range and I get called into work my firearm is still on my person and I go into work but at work there's a safe I lock it up in the safe and then from work I end up going home can I get myself into a boatload of trouble because during my day of carrying my firearm to the range and or going to practice shoot or hunt I get called into work emergency call into work and my firearm is on my person can I get into trouble?? I just got restricted to employment/ sporting I really want to get that removed to unrestricted.

I don't know what happened to the class A and B licenses as that's what constitutes a Class A (ALL lawful purposes) and Class B ( target and hunting). I've had my license (Class A) for 30 yrs and only had a 6 month wait to get my license. I would get the best "restricted license" available and then reapply after a year for the non restricted license at which time I don't believe they can deny you and if they do, tell them you'll get an attorney before you leave the station and that should change their demeanor...
