We are the principal co-ed jazz a cappella group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As a 15-member undergraduate RSO, No Strings Attached was founded in 1994 by students from a campus theater group.
We perform both locally and regionally for a variety of events and organizations. Although we specialize in jazz, we're known for our wide variety of music which ranges from choral masterpieces to jazz standards, rock favorites to popular music's most guilty pleasures.

As a Vocaholics alumni, I am extremely disappointed in the actions of NSA to not once, but twice use our material without giving credit when it is due. As a musical performer, I am shocked that an A Capella group would find no shame in committing this act. NSA, you've done this before, and the lack of professionalism that has transpired is still appalling to me and many others. Mary Claire Reynolds of Vocaholics wrote this Medley, and omitting parts of the song to integrate your own small bit is not original and does not excuse a group from withholding deserved credentials.
Kyle, We are so deeply sorry for this oversight - it was in no way done maliciously. Joey Marsek brought this to the group a few years back and when we performed this song at our concert that year, none of us were aware that the arrangement was not his own. We clearly failed at recognizing you and your groups arrangement and for that we are sorry. If you'll check the arrangement in the description, we have added Mary Claire Reynolds and removed Joey Marsek from not only this video but our website as well. We can only hope that this will begin to make things right. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. As I stated above, Joey was not in the group at the time so none of us we aware. As of today, no current members are from the time that Joey was in the group so this will never happen again. Once again, we are extremely sorry.

A truly lovely job, and it sounds like you put a lot of hard work in rehearsing. It is likely that none of these specific singers are at fault, but please credit the arranger that this was stolen from.
