Over reaction. That happens up here all the time. Glad you are safe though.

That was barely a tip considering you were hit by an artic lorry. Very minimal damage. Surprised one of the wheels wasn’t damaged tbh. That panel can easily be repaired, but don’t claim your own insurance. Claim the truckers insurance directly. Get a solicitor involved. Won’t cost you a penny and won’t affect your insurance. Just let your company know you will be pursuing a claim against his policy, not yours.

Its amazing isn't it if that truck had been 30 seconds either faster around that bend or 30 seconds slower it would have been avoided ... but most importantly both of you are uninjured. It always shakes you up to a degree which takes a while to leave your mind ... that lower trim hopefully can be replaced fairly easily as you said the door was not damaged thank goodness ... hope that you enjoy the rest of your Scottish road trip some really great scenery.

The one thing that always stayed in my mind was the fact that the Irish people make Ireland such a GREAT country to visit ... that pub food made me feel hungry just watching you both so glad that you enjoyed the hospitality there. I look forward to your journey around Ireland as I am half Irish on my Mothers side from Co Mayo. Hope you get time to explore Westport town and see Croagh Patrick I only got as far as the statue. Really enjoyed your trip around Achill Island ... I have visited Co. Mayo more times that I can remember in years gone by but never got onto Achill Island. One thing that strikes me is there are no trees or so it seems ... I know the type of weather that comes in from the Atlantic during the winter time and its rough for sure ... I have a friend that lives near Black sod bay in Co Mayo and he tells me about the storms that come of the Atlantic. Thanks for this video have subbed ... will be watching you videos.

This prison was the scene of the 1987 riots which lasted 5 days it also housed the triple axe murderer in solitary confinement for 22 years a sober experience to visit
