Amen! Lord, grant us the grace to rejoice always through prayer, charity, and honesty ! May we embrace total transformation advocated by the Gospel!
Jesus is my meaning, hope and destiny, for when I die I hope to stand before him and his angels and be welcomed home as "my good and faithful servant" Matt 25:23. I pray that I will persevere to the very end, living out the Sermon on the Mount, freely remain attached to the True Vine producing good fruit. Unlike the self annointed "elects," I would never assume I'm saved and can never be unsaved, nor that anyone will snatch me from God's hand unless I stray and deny him , Matt 10:33 John 15, knowing that everyone will have to give a post mortem account of their WORKS Matt 16 27, xref Rom 2 6 Rev 20 12, when our Book of life is opened. Did I just mention verses u convenient ignore that include "works" as how we will all be judged? But to all the self anointed elects I say stay there on salvation mountain waiting for the pearly express, looking down on all us "co labourers" (1 Cor 3 9) in the vineyard toiling for God's kingdom on Earth. Don't forget to wave ur get out of jail free pass some misguided pastor promised u if u joined his anti Catholic "Bible study" group, right? ------ Only born again duped Protestants would ignore the 1595 conditional conjunctions like IF and UNLESS in scripture of what we must do or don't do to win favour with God :- IF u do not remain attached to the true vine and let your branch wither, it will be cut off and thrown in the 🔥.
It's always a blessing listening to your homily. No one listened to you and remained the same. May God help us to live a life of saints that we have been called to live 🙏

always like to hear fr teaching every Sunday,
Hello. Much of what you say I agree with. Who am I? A fellow member of the speices, a fellow human, we both live on the same spec of dust floating in the universe. We breathe the same air. That is tangible fact. I am not a Christian. For descriptive purposes, I belong to a nation, not a religion. Therefore, I am a member of the Judaic Priesthood of Israel, the Royal Family of the Southern Kingdom. I use the name Phinehas. The following is my opinion of the Render story. I live in the area known as United States, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You're missing the whole context, the big picture. First of all, look at the political setting. Rome invaded Israel by force of arms to confiscate assets as they did in other regions and reaped a continual harvest of occupation tax. (Rome was depicted as a plague of locusts.) They were occupiers. Let's say for a moment the messiah endorsed Israel paying taxes as if a binding contract. Only problem both parties are defunct. It only takes one party of a contract to die to break the contract for the other. Anyway, both the Roman Empire and Israel are no more. (The current Israel in the middle east is not functioning under Aaron's priesthood.) To make this work, Christians claim there is some sort of perpetual transference clause that applies to any government. If so, then it would still pertain if this "government" was occupying another country. That means being under martial law as Rome enacted while occupying Israel. Before I continue, one question Christians should think about. When the Roman Empire fell, what did Christians do with their tax money? Put it in trust, waiting for another faction to come alone and claim it for themselves? Another point: Before the Revolutionary War, England was the occupier and forcing the colonies to pay tax. What right did the Founding Fathers have to rebel? Can't forget the Boston Tea Party. Why would "God" favor the colonial rebels if they were violating his son's declaration? So then, England had just as much right to collect tax as Rome did. They were both occupiers. Explain that away. Look at the context for the Render story. This is done by combining the three accounts. The bureaucrats, the Pharisees, summoned members of the Herodian guard, (the same swat team that butchered the children in Bethlehem) and instructed how to set a trap. The objective was to have the messiah executed. So, these spies gathered among the crowd to ask a trick question under the quise of flattery. What was the question? Is it lawful to pay tax? They were referring to the Law of Moses. The messiah preceived their wickedness and called them hypocrites. He answered the question, that only a hypocrite would think its lawful. (What is a hypocrite? Back then the word was the same as calling them traitors or blasphemers.) Think of it, if paying occupation tax was upheld by Moses, then why ask the question in the first place? It was a touchy button for Israel since they paid this tax under threat of death or being sent to Rome as a slave. They paid under duress. (The Pharisees were hoping to start a riot.) What was the trap? A catch twenty-two. First, you have to understand who was watching the crowd. No doubt the Pharisees notified Roman soldiers to be at the ready. The trap? If the messaih said is was lawful, the Herodian swat team would of had him stoned for heresy. For it was clear Moses never endorsed paying tax to occupiers. If the messiah said it was not allowed, the Roman soldiers would of had him arrested for inciting sedition. The messiah asked to see a coin. (Ever wonder why he never touched money?) The image on the coin depicted Caesar as devine, one anointed by the gods of Rome. He threw the question back at them to anwswer. By saying render the things that pertain to Caesar, well what things? Where is that written? To render unto God, well, Scripture was clear on how to accomplish that. He taunted them to explain what is rendered to Caesar. If they answered by saying it was lawful, then they would of been stoned by their own people. If they said it was not lawfil, they would of been executed by Rome. He snared them in their our trickery. If you asked me that qwestion, I would say, What does Moses say of the matter? What are his words? Did Israel have a duty to pay the brick tax when in Egypt? If so, then Moses made a mistake when liberating them. We can talk about the Melchisedec Doctrine as Paul mentioned in Hebrews, especially chapter 7. Aaron's priesthood was not the only ones in Abraham's loins. All of Israel was in his loins at that point in time. What about taxes in this account? When Abramham paid tribute to Melchisedec, all of Israel was paying the tax. (Even the messiah paid the tax since he was in Abraham's loins. Even David paid the tax.) To say we pay tax to occupiers, is like saying Caesar was equal to Melchisedec.Abraham came back from the slaugher of kings and confiscated goods from men like Caesar and paid a tenth to Melchisedec. (Remember, the fulfilled aspect of the Covenant wasn't activated yet. Only when the messiah was raised from the death, at that point, the law officially changed when his raised body was tangible proof a new King was chosen. The early following only paid taxes to the apostles, as official tax collectors. Think not? People sold their things and laid it before those who represesnted the literal Melchisedec. Finally, did you ever realize the federal constitution, or any of the state constitutions, never decreed the payment of tax as obligation, only the collection of tax. (I'm not splitting hairs.) Federal regulations vaguely hints to a duty to pay, but still based on an assumption. Federal statutes claim they are authorized to collect tax. It is assumed the state can enact tax and the only thing left is how to collect the tax. Taxes are increased based on the existing assumption. Where is the specific Article or Amendment that uses clear language that says, the state has a right to impose tax because the citizens have a duty to pay tax. Why isn't there one? Because if such words were committed to paper then it could be repealed. You can't repeal an assumption. The state got this assumption from the Bible and the wrong interpretation so popular with Christians. Christians upheld the assumption willingly based on their interpretations. Oh, Christians are ready to jump to a few other verses. All due respect, Christians have no idea what they are talking about. As in the days of old, Caesar collects tax because you endorse the scam out of fear and ignorance. So then, let any government of man be honest and say, We collect tax because we can throw you in jail. We extort money from you so we can squander the money to buy more weapons to use against the people, all in the name of security. We obtain peace by making you live as prisoners. We offer freedom only that you are free to seek permission to live and pay for a permit license. We collect tax so our administration can live in luxury. Our right to collect tax comes from your willingness to pay. We have no devine right other than brute force that is sanctioned by your fear.
