Mouthful are a 4-piece a Cappella vocal group who make innovative, exciting and original music using only the human voice as an expertly-played and finely-tuned instrument.
Bex Mather, Dave Camlin, Katherine Zeserson and Sharon Durant create and perform a diverse range of vocal material, with an exciting and accessible repertoire that ranges from Georgian to gospel, folk to funk, including jazz, country and outdoor Scandinavian ‘yoiking’ along the way.
Be prepared to have your preconceptions about vocal music blown out of the water by powerful and exciting original work, and sophisticated and unusual arrangements

A Wild Chorus rendition of Nothing But Flowers, the Talking Heads' ironic classic about the flipside of apocalyptic environmental degradation and the recovery of wilderness. We recorded the audio live in Wordsworth House Gardens at Cockermouth Live, and then the video was made at the wildflower meadow in Loweswater which we helped to plant in the spring.

The words are Dave Camlin's setting of the words spoken by mountaineer-poet Geoffrey Winthrop-Young in 1923 at the dedication ceremony on Great Gable, to mark the 'great gift' of mountain summits to the nation by the Keswick-based Fell and Rock Climbing Club.
