I built this kit yesterday it was a fun build!

I think Mazda should join forces with Toyota and evolve this magnificent engine to run on hydrogen. It would be a Mzd2 in 2 Toyt_H2. :D H2 is the true, long-term, alternative energy source to Fossils. When the EV people realize that there is no more Lithium on the Planet... and they have mountains of batteries to be recycled, without knowing what to do with them..., or will the recycling business have as its final objective exporting the batteries to the Space ?...China is ahead in the race 😞 ...maybe, ...maybe then the World will wake up to H2 . This one pretty bad counterfeit as you can see by very bad temperature control (not stable at all, fake pid) and crooked lcd. Authentic one is with purple pcbs in between (not white) and "shut" text instead of "off" when it's turned off

Great looking Malahit SDR clone, looks even better than the original Russian designed Malahit DSP-2. The price is too high at the moment as there aren't many clones based on the DSP-2 software yet. I just bought a Malahit DSP-1 clone two months ago and it's much better radio than I had expected. There's also the so called V5 Malachite with its front facing left speaker but it's still using the older V1.10d firmware. Thanks for sharing the video clip! 📻👍🏼

I have one of these clocks. The odd thing is that I am unable to turn off the automatic brightness control. I have set the light to a low setting to put the clock in my bedroom, but when I turn the lights out, it actually get much brighter. I have half a mind to unsolder the photo-resistor and replace it with a standard resistor to fool the clock into thinking the lights are on and not change the brightness. Really cool kit otherwise!

I am 110% in for dangerous and janky DIY projects, but... please don't toss anything into molten metal like that. One splash, it lands on the fan, molten metal flies in all directions and you get 3rd degree burns, possibly in places like your face, eyes, etc. Just be slightly safe. Maybe a splash guard for your face. But then keep on doing cool shit like this!
