Is it okay it I can play 4 games to get rated
No, you have to have at least 5 games against rated players. However, the results will carry forward to the next tournament, so if you have 4 rated gamrs, you just need one rated opponent in your next tournament to get a rating!
@@thechessfm Thanks, and I have a problem I have played 3 rated tournament and I scored 4 out of 11 players and I have Calculate all the player rating which is 16992 and it divided by 11 and got 1544.7 and got initial rating of 1442.7 but still did not get the rating in blitz

So did many of my students. It's alright, we have good and bad tournaments, but what matters is how we bounce back from setbacks.

No, only otb games count towards your fide rating.
Why all other IM retired from competition ?
A variety of reasons really. For some, their age is catching up to them, while others have given up chess to focus on their career.

I have the initial rating above 1400 but I dont have a fide ID will I get it with the elo?
Unfortunately not, you need to apply for a FIDE ID from your national chess federation, which is a requirement to join FIDE Rated Tournaments. You can still join unrated tournaments without a FIDE ID, but you will not get a published rating.

These are Rapid games and Hari played well to deserve the win. In classical, it would be very difficult to beat Li Tian. Glad to see LT more regularly in the chess scene and new strong young players emerging!
noticed Li Tian has been exchanging queen very early for most of his game trying to play simple game.. that is a mistake as he is an experienced players.. should keep the queen and play more tactical against less experience players..

You should follow up with your national federation. They are responsible for registering your FIDE ID.

Nc1 is a fatal mistake cutting off the rook and queen connection. He should have tried to reinforce the e5 square only after moving the queen to b1.
Whether matches played prior to 1400 formulation will be counted. Please let me know or fresh 5 rated player etc rule will be considered

if I'm not mistaken, any other king move would've allowed the opponent's king to infiltrate and would've certainly been bad
