If you're talking about a Sifa alarm and not acknowledging it within the time frame of about 3-4 seconds you'll get a penalty brake. If this is what you are referring to it's the safety system applying the brakes. All you have to do it turn the throttle off, put the reverser to neutral, acknowledge Sifa and then you should be good to go by putting the reverser to forward and applying throttle. You might be able to just put the throttle to zero, acknowledge Sifa; "Q" and apply throttle again.

Ha! You can say that again! I decided on the tactical retreat strategy! Next time I'll go back and actually explore Versalife a bit more.

This is the first time I'm playing the first game in the Deus Ex series. While I can understand the nostalgia that many like you have for a game like this because I was only three when it came out and I don't think my dad would have let me play it then... 😄 I will say my father did keep nudging me to play it because I played 3 and 4 first... several times. But now that I'm this far into the game I do actually really enjoy it. I guess I'll find out how it ties with the third and fourth game.

It really is a shame that this is still not fixed.

Let's hope Dovetail actually does something about it. There aren't enough people talking about it so unfortunately it seems unlikely. Not to mention, anything in TSW4 that's broken or bugged will not be fixed since they made the explicit announcement that after the release of TSW5, 4 will no longer be receiving updates. But at least if it's in 5 maybe it will actually get fixed. 🤞

@@spektra13gaming they’re actually working on the issue at the moment, I asked them about the estimated time of when it’ll be fixed or when the patch update gets released. It might be awhile since they are working on updates on TSW5 now. But hopefully they can fix it soon.

@@williampompa9373 Hope is all we have because this was broken in TSW4 well before TSW5 was released. It was in the patch notes and was subsequently removed from the patch notes. So, who knows what will happen to be honest.

@@spektra13gaming I agree with you. For now, players can expect this issue to continue until it is fixed. My advice for all players who are stuck with this scenario, move on to the next and hopefully they will have it restored and fixed whenever possible. Which I don’t know when, but hopefully they will fix this problem eventually when possible.

Right? It's like walking through a beautiful city while someone forgot to press play on the music! But hey, at least we can still enjoy the sights, right?

Yeah, I feel for you, my dad has pretty much stopped playing on XB but sadly until DTG figures out how to fix it there's nothing we can do about it. Console or PC.

Do you own Train Sim World 3: Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel - Würzburg? It's recommended on the page for the railbow to have this route. That could be why you're not able to use it.

In my defense I just wanted to make sure I reached the end lol 😂 But honestly, if this video helped I'm glad! I only messed around with TSW__, never ran a whole route, so I was afraid of repeating myself too much or getting something wrong.

You're very welcome! I only messed around with the train sims a little bit so I was kinda worried that what I was saying wasn't making sense but I'm so relieved that you found it helpful! I understand how frustrating it all is, the video my father posted before this one took a very long time and a lot, and I mean a lot, of research. It's just so hard to believe that Dovetail wouldn't include this information in their manuals for the trains.
