Hi Shivam, thank you so much for your video. I was in the middle of taking apart my Brother printer, but when I tried to put the printhead back together and turn it on just like you did at 15:20, mine is stuck and not moving.. :( What did I do wrong?

you need to actually empty the waste box, as well as reset it ! There area a couple of screws and the 3 plastic tabs at front end of box to vthe top cover section, then actual empty the waste ink powder. The box is the flat and about 3/4 inch thick where the residual ink powder falls into.

Wow. Expert work. I wish I could do it like this video, but I don't have a machine to clean a print head. I wonder if I soak the print head with rubbing alcohol for a hour or so, and use dryer to dry it...well maybe I can't even reach to the printer head. Thanks, great video.

Dear Master. Help. I did the head cleaning, it worked. Black has started. Works. After two days, I want to print something, code 48 is shown. There is no jam, but the head is on the right side and I do not want to move from the machine or manually for China. When I pushed with a syringe, I didn't know that the head should go out and I think I flooded everything under the plastic, something is holding it on the left side. I managed to do a cleaning reset, but the printer now turns on for a moment after connecting to the power supply and goes off. Do something Master. I turn this wheel and the head is still blocked. Help.

I can't do anything with my inks out of the printer like yours. My cyan is not printing fully. I did 3 cleans and still the same. Tried a deep cleaning but it just says cleaning then doesnt't do anything.

Thanks for your video. I'm simply not comfortable disconnecting all the little parts inside to get to the printer heads. So, I guess I'll be buying a new printer. And, this one has truly served me well for about 10 years already.
