I also wanted to say that in the episode commentary for The Blue Line Job, one of the creators said, "you get a large clue to Sophie's real name; you will know it when you hear it." In that episode the hockey player, Vlad, called Sophie, "Rosa". Also, the last two entered numbers were the 7 and the 2 button, which contain S and A, so I believer Sophie's real name is Rosa. The only thing I don't understand is why she enters five numbers in, so maybe Rosa is spelled differently in her name.

Hate to ruin your thoughts, but her real name is not Charlotte. In this scene, Sophie gets into Parker's "house" using the keypad. Each number on the keypad represents a few different alphabetical letters. So when she hit a number, it could be any of those designated letters. It kind of works the same on a telephone. The number of buttons Sophie pressed was 7, by counting each beep. This means that in letters, Sophie's real name is 5 letters long.

IN SEASON 3 EPISODE 3 (Inside Job) I JUST REALIZED WE GET A CLUE TO SOPHIE'S REAL NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sophie opens Parker's "house" and she says the code is her real name! The last button before she pushed the pound button was the A,B, and C! So we can rule out names that don't end with an Q, B, or C because it has to end with one of those three letters!
