Usually I have the “one line a day” paired up with my calendar, this month I just called it a daily log to switch things up hahah! 💗🥹

Hey, i did this spread, but i was wondering how the journal, habit and sleep tracker worked. where do i fill it in per day?
Hi there, I’m happy to hear that you used this same layout! The sleep tracker is combined with the mood tracker for me (the big box on top), and I mark the mood with a dot and the sleep with a colored line! All the habits are in the boxes below, which normally I fully line, but this month I let the dotted grid of the journal guide me! I’m not sure my explanation was good enough, but you can find me on instagram @bees.bujos, I’d be happy to help more if you need it! 💗🎀🌷
