That should be our starting lineup which isn’t a bad line up! Thommy and Memo will push Russel and Daniel in the attack, Pulido will hold the ball in order to form that attack! Agada needs to stay calmer when finishing in front of goal! We aren’t deep in talent but the coaches deeper than Vermes aren’t doing there job either! In my heart I don’t believe we have bad players or a bad team we just need alittle tweaking and it doesn’t seem like any tweaking is being done in order to be successful

Sporting fan for life!!!! I think Pulido needs to be a CAM Aganda striker. Aganda needs to stay way calmer when opportunities present themselves! Thommy is doing great! Memo works hard and wants to be out there! I just think we need to have a certain starting line up to form around how we play!

There's a number of different problems. But for what we're paying Pulido, he should be doing way better. If he put half as much effort into the game as he does making sure his thighs are showing..... We probably still be on the same spot. 🤦

I dont wonder if some of PVs comments about effort/mentality aren't also related to AP, our highest paid DP whos production [goals, touches, passing %, creation] is far below standard. But, there also just seems to be a disturbingly low level of quality and athleticism on this roster across the board. And, that speaks to a lack of scouting quality which is probably because PV is doing two full-time jobs and both are equally crutial.

Current definitely brought my spirits back up as always! Couldn't even truly enjoy the win in the open cup match. somehow still felt like more of a win for Omaha than us.

38:42 , I was watching the game and was amazed at how many fans I saw still there around the 80 to 85th minute, so interesting take, can't recall if you said you were there or not so you probably saw more of the stadium, but from what you could see on the AppleTV broadcast, there were more people than I thought there'd be with 5 minutes left on a 9:30pm kick off Sunday night at 40 degrees and raining. Can't say sporting fans wouldn't have done the same if roles were reversed. I don't think St. Louis fans are the only fanbase to leave a *playoff* game early in all of sports so! (And I'm aware you acknowledge sporting fans have indeed left early, and I've seen it, too. But you go on to mention you've experienced colder weather in the 2013 MLS cup... which Sporting won. Doubt people would leave early.) Don't know what time stamp, but also when Daniel said "St. Louis is getting a taste of a bad ref, welcome to the league, idiots" Really interesting comment there because I don't think bad refs are an MLS-specific thing. Pretty sure STL (and KC) have had their fair share of bad officiating across different leagues. So seemed like an unnecessary comment but also seemed very unnecessary to include the distasteful "idiots" mention, given the fact, too, that many STL fans were Sporting fans who have followed the league possibly in its' entirety. (And even if you weren't talking about the fans but the players... same thing still goes, doubt the players haven't ever had their fair share of bad officiating). Probably could've kept that out but again, what do I know? Apologies if any of my comments were out-of-pocket, just like to see/hear insightful conversations and, personally, definitely could see room for improvement! Maybe don't make so many comments about weather? That's just one piece of advice. Can't wait to see what Sporting and STL have in store on Nov 5th.
