Where have you beeen!? I've been missing your races so bad Mon Homme! Congratulations on your third place finish! Of course no one mentioned it here in Montreal. I had no Idea and I was thinking about you. I'll go check the you tube stream. So this is different than the UCI gravel championship won once again by Mathew Van der Pool? It's so easy to be confused I follow the UCI road races and no one mentions the gravel worlds in the USA.

Adam, congratulations on the great ride. Can't wait to see you at the Nepomuk Narly July 20. There is a great field assembling. Right now the course is in excellent condition. On Saturday we had the Narly Spring Classic. It rained and turned into a bit of mud fun. I immediately thought of you from two years ago. See you soon!

It's clear that many in the gravel world love music, but athletes don't broadcast it that much and I think that's a major missed opportunity to connect with fans. If we're talking heavy tunes, you must check out Mastodon and Deafheaven. Both acts have pulled me through darkness on rides.

Some types would instantly resonate with it, while others find it difficult to align with. If you haven't investigated the area of "typology" it's a worth while thing to put in your list. There a few helpful models that shines a light on people's differences in personality and what that means. The most popular today probably is "the big five", but there's also value and insight to find in understanding the "mbti" and "enneagram" models. It's valuable information to integrate as it helps you filter information and make better decisions, as well as understand other people better!
