Sony MDR770BN Wireless Headphones Review | 2 years later
มุมมอง 3755 ปีที่แล้ว
Amazon UK amzn.to/2QuNU3L Amazon US amzn.to/2OhJCKg Turns out they don't sell the MDR770BN anymore - instead, I've linked what seems to be their successor! Are the Sony MDR-770BN noise-cancelling headphones worth it? Did they stand the test of time?
Leatherman Rebar Review | 4 Years Later | Still the BEST multitool ?

Check price on Amazon UK amzn.to/2CM1bNb Check price on Amazon US amzn.to/2NKL3BX Leatherman Rebar Multitool Review after 4 years of usage. It's bigger than the Skeletool and smaller than the Wave. The Rebar is an ever-reliable, medium-sized powerhouse. The main downside? No scissors. However, I prefer the saw anyway! Take care, Dom

Враньё! На этом инструменте нет следов от работы. Нет даже обычных потертостей от открывания и закрывания мультитула. Поганая реклама

My first leatherman! I bought many models. Carried a few for work. But I just like the rebar so much. So much so I retired the one I got 7 years ago and bought a black oxide back in June. Tough breakin but 3 in 1 and Diamond paste really did the trick. Wonderful wonderful tool

Great video, how do you keep the blades, internal tools and sides of the pliers head from rusting?

The Rebar is the best Leatherman EDC multitool ever made, whereas its bigger brother Super Tool 300 is their best heavy-duty multitool. The Rebar is actually much better than the Wave and its clones called the Charge. The Wave (Plus) is nowhere near a good multitool. Here's why. The Wave has practically unusable medium size flat screwdriver and fake Phillips screwdriver, since the bitholder is too wide and too short. The Rebar, on the other hand, has the real 3D Phillips screwdriver and good flathead screwdrivers. The Wave is remarkably poor in the tool equipment, the scissors only take space - generally, scissors rather belong in a manicure than in a multitool because they can easily be substituted by the knife or pincers in most cases. The ruler is almost illegible on the Wave, whereas on the Rebar it's perfect. The plier jaws are wider and better to use in the Rebar, while the needle nose crap in the Wave is unstable and too narrow. In general, the Rebar is much steadier and more efficient. I also highly appreciate the Rebar's awl, which is completely missing in the Wave. The Wave is more fashionable than usable - it's nothing but an overpriced toy. Of course, those who have bought the Wave just to masturbate over its design without really using it for work will never learn this truth.

Bro… my exact thoughts having used both. Pliers on the Rebar are a million times better than the wave. I ended up leaving the wave at the house for the wife if she needs it. Looking at getting a super tool 300 after loving the Rebar

This design is still the best as a plier based tool? The handles aer not the most comfortable to use but at least the tool doesn't bite you liks the wave does when using the pliers! I have an early one thought i had lost it so got another in black oxide Just to find the first one. I do like them and you can use the blades at an angle for box opening etc as they have a round tang shape base! The supertool is also great too. Its surprising that the original concept from Tim Leatherman is still the best?

My only complaint is that i wish they placed a washer between the phillips and saw, as well as another washer between the landyard loop and the file- it would improve the ease of deployment.

One thing I would add .....this is not technically a legal carry in the UK due to the locking blades. A great tool. Mine is a much treasured present.

Such a stupid and victimless crime law. If one isn’t harming someone else or their property, they are within their natural rights. No matter what politicians write down and call ‘law’.

A superior multitool indeed. I bought a second one in black. Great basic bushcraft kit. Ingeniously compact. I don't miss the scissors, but have a Victorinox Classic keychain model with scissors. Anyway, a durable tool proven over time. Cheers!

I never understood the appeal of scissors on a multitool like this, especially considering that the ones on the Wave, Charge, Blast and Fuse are tiny, I think actually they're the same ones as on the keychain Squirt PS4, i.e. the same size as the Vic Classic scissors but generally considered not to be quite as good. I use the scissors mostly for personal hygiene or first aid (cutting plaster or bandage) and other delicate tasks, sometimes cutting open food packaging, so to be quite honest I wouldn't want to attempt those jobs with scissors tacked on to the end of a relatively large and heavy multitool, firstly because it would be awkward, secondly because it wouldn't be hygienic, considering that the MT is used for relatively dirty jobs, whether urban / indoor tasks, or out in the bush. For that reason I don't have a Vic Fieldmaster or other models with both scissors and saw, as I use the larger Vic for dirtier bushcraft jobs. I do however have a Climber with the larger scissors - which are superb - but that's in my urban EDC rotation.

Nice review! I had to send my Rebar in for warranty a couple years ago due to a plier tine snapping off....albeit in a hard use situation. Leatherman sent me a new tool to replace it in less than a week. I have only had excellent service from my new Rebar. Great tool!
