bro pls i cant install haxm because if i dont install haxm i cant get emulator...

I did all the steps according to you but after click on play button ( like 10:41) to start the emulator it shows Install Android Emulator hypervisor driver (Android Emulator hypervisor driver is not installed) i lost my all data pack while downloading it. Please help what i can do now🙏
