Respected Sir these days daughter's are getting very demanding inspite of expenses intheir marriages, upbringing, gifts time to time what should be done to stop them. They mostly donot help their old sick parents and only brothers take care of their parents. There should be some clause to prove who served parents to allow equal distribution of parental wealth.

IF YOU ARE BORN LUCKY than you can get anything , However although direct access to wife’s phone cannot be given even by the court but you can file application u/s 91 to seek documents needed from META (Facebook , whatsapp etc) if court allows that - your purpose is solved.

नहीं ऐसा नहीं है, महिलाओं को बढ़ावा देना उनका साथ देना ग़लत नहीं है अगर उन्हें सक्षम बनाने या उनके सक्षम बनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने की बात हो , परंतु समस्या यह है कि उस प्रोत्साहन का ग़लत इस्तेमाल किया का रहा है ।

Indeed - all biased laws should be removed , laws like 498A should be gender neutral, Country is in Gravest need of uniform civil code.

All 5 fingers are not the same. Police register false cases out of compulsion because very few are the gutsy officers who can deny registering a false case because all the others are scared of the fact that there seniors will question them if the case is not registered. Many lawyers misguide women & encourage women to file false cases & suggest what all sections to put (e.g 377, 313, 354 & also 376 in some cases). However, such filed cases have an extremely bleak future as neither those lawyers nor the police or the complainant are able to establish those allegations which were levelled in the FIR.

340 फाइल करने का कोई limitation नहीं है परंतु court 3-5 साल के समय को limitation समझ सकता है , आपको देरी का कारण देना अवश्यक है ।

From the order sheet of the case note down total number of opportunities given to your husband for filling of income & asset affidavit (IA). If these opportunities more than 2-3 dates file an application before the Family court for proceeding ex parte for interim maintenance & dismissing the divorce case due to default. Refer Judgment mentioned in the video.

नमस्कार - पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र मृत व्यक्ति के क़ानूनी वारिसों की सूची होता है , SDM द्वारा जारी किए गए उक्त प्रपत्र से ही परिवार के सदस्यों का पुष्टि करण होता है और यही प्रपत्र मृत की अचल संपत्ति को वारिसों के नाम दाखिल ख़ारिज करवाने के कार्य के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है ।अतः आपके संदर्भ में plot और मकान को आपके नाम पर हस्तांतरित करने के लिए उक्त प्रपत्र का ही इस्तेमाल होगा ।

जी अगर बैंक से पैसा क्लेम करना ही तो succession certificate चाहिए होगा ।

यह एक बहस का विषय है, अगर पत्नी ने पढ़ी लिखी होने के बाद भी परिवार के लिए कभी भी नौकरी ना की हो और वह संपूर्णतः अपने पति पर निर्भर रही हो तो वह खर्चा पाने की अधिकारिणी है, परंतु अगर पत्नी के द्वारा की गयी पढ़ाई ऐसे विषय में हो जिससे अगर वह चाहे तो उसे तत्काल नौकरी मिल सकती है तो उसे भरण पोषण शायद ना मिले। बेटी का खर्चा तो देना ही पड़ेगा उससे कोई बचाव नहीं है ।
