Sweet buggy, it deserves a better welder :-)
It does but I’m all it has! 🤪
Nice build!!
Thanks!
You shouldn't have done that
That’s what my wife says about the whole buggy build. 😂
Nice. I was thinking the same thing.
I was hesitant at first but now I love it.
Man it's looking awesome brother. Great job!!
How loud is your pump? I have the same one and it whines! Also on the nutzerts, I have learned the hard way they are fragile. I would not use them if you can get to the back side to use washers and nuts. Thanks, Jack
Jack, thanks for your advice. My pump whines like a hangry teenager. It does get annoying sometimes. I’ve had mixed results with nutserts. I’ll keep an eye on them and see how long they last. Happy wheeling!
I am a big fan!😅
Thank you Roberto!
Dang I miss wheelin with you guys. It was never any drama just good times.
Pretty much the same. Just harder trails.
Looks really nice! I can’t wait to get my buggy finished!!!!!!
Nothing to it but to do it!
What shocks are those. I’m looking for a set for my k10 build
I’m running Radfo 2.5 air shocks. The fronts are regular and the rears are bypass models Jesse Haines spec.
Nice job Josh!
Glad you enjoyed it
These things defy gravity and physics!
Or do they just take advantage of physics?! HMMMM???
I think you needed some baffles and/or some pickup extensions on that other fuel cell to solve the fuel starvation issues.
This smaller tank solved my problem but yes with the old tank that would have been much better.
Quais aros e esse e o penel
The wheels are Raceline
What axles did you go with?
I have 2004 super duty axles. Got them for an incredible good price. If you’re starting from scratch I’d go with 2005 or up superduty axles. More turning ability.
@@Offroad_Josh thanks!
Glad to help.
Nice! Did you buy the chassis and built it from there?
I bought the chassis. I was just going to buy the kit but they had one already welded that they wanted to get rid of for the same price. I’ve built a goat built chassis before takes room and a jig. I don’t have room to set that up. Seemed like a better choice for me.
@@Offroad_Josh same here. I’m looking to buy a chassis and build it from there. How do you like this chassis?
It’s very well priced. It’s snug though. I like it.
Congrats! It's a vision series -which is the one I like. Thx for sharing I'll watch for other adventures.
This buggy belongs to a friend and he will be in many more videos.
@@Offroad_Josh Apologies on that , but cool video and what a nice rig he has. Be safe thx for the videos
Sit back hammer down those buggies are so much fun.
I am so jealous!!
Build one! Take your time and enjoy the ride!
Finally a real buggy not a crappy 1000cc small tired tinker toy
Thanks!
Looks really nice. I just started my hood.
Thank you!
Clean build
Thanks!
anyone else notice the thing that says suck it💀
It’s all in the details!
Im going to build something very close to this with a 1938 ford truck cab n doors, probably straight axles with full roll cage, big block Chevy, 5 speed transmission Dana 60s big tires, and lots of paint, no rat rods
Get to it! Before you know it you’re done!
That's a full-size Wraith
I tried to build the Wraith. Too many parts! This is easier!
Awesome buggy dude! I really want one just like your except single seater.
Hit up Thomas at Fabn 801 he may have a single seat chassis design.
Building a 4x4 tube chassis buggy on a 1988 4x4 suburban frame 3/4 ton
Sounds like it’s going to be a beast!
Can’t wait to see you wheel
Hopefully this weekend!
I am building the same buggy. Awesome work hope to see you out there
Awesome! Stick with it! You will hit a wall building a project this big! Just push through!!!
Add a rubber-band and a feeler gauge. Now you're capable of working on Beechcraft landing gear!
Too funny! 😂
love it. great job.
Thank you!
I dig it!
Thanks man!
Looks awesome, great job , keep up the great work, now I'm inspired to get to work on my 8 seater tube chassis on a 1988 4x4 suburban frame to take my family to the silver lake sand dunes in Michigan and I want it street legal !
Thanks! It’s a huge undertaking. Just take it a step at a time. Good luck!
Dammit brother I wish I lived closer. Idk if our wife's would want us always in the garage but it would be fun.
At least they would know where we are! 😂
Great job man! I admire your will to get it done.
Thank you! I’ve wanted to quit countless times but I know I’d regret it.
Rocklizards rule
Fo sho!
Love your videos. I am building a rock lizard og. Hope to see you wheeling next year
Thank you! I’m trying to put out more content.
Хочу сделать себе. Есть чертежи?
I just used photos of other buggies and went from there. Lots of trial and error.
@@Offroad_Josh дайте несколько советов. С чего начать? Какие трубы использовать?
@@Onerlizhan I would buy a kit like I did if you can. If not use only DOM tube. For the main chassis. Check out the kits at Fabn 801
I clicked on this to get it off of 666 views lol. Sweet build! Does that have a 4 liter in it?
Haha thanks! Ya. 4.0 but 4.6 going in now.
Promo-SM 😠
Wish I lived closer brother we would be sharing beers, laughing and getting you running.
Ah the good old days!!!!
Did you raise the rear of buggy when you filled it to get air out? Otherwise you will have air bubbles for days.... never get it all out. My buddy with his rock lizard had to burp his backing up a rock at katemcy lol
That was one of the reasons I lowered the radiator. I also added an air release at the highest point. If it overheats again I’ll definitely have to lift the rear. Thanks for the input!
Ah yes, the starter, the thing that makes it go vroom 😂
Wise guy aye!
I wanted to build one of those with an LS-X
I’m a Jeep fan so I used a Jeep drivetrain
Cool build, thanks for taking the time to share the items you used!
Thanks for watching
Great ❤
oh yeah great built🤩
💓💓💓
He is being so very kind to that car until he gets off of asphalt. 😮
Engine sounds unhappy
Yes! Your correct. New engine currently being built.
@@Offroad_JoshWhat's it running? Sounds like maybe a hemi? An unhappy one maybe 😅
@@mitchell7203 its a jeep 4.0 but a very unhappy one. Building a 4.6 stroker to replace it. Video to come.
@@Offroad_Josh Holy cow I guess!
ehh...it's fine!
That sucks
After flipping the Jeep over I drove it for a while before realizing it had a hole in the radiator. Then it was time to go back to camp and drink some beer!
Glad you're ok bro.... -Chad Mandry(Jeep Nation)
