Hello, the dimensions of the wooden strips depend on various factors. They are not only determined by the type of solid wood used, but also by the unique characteristics and structure of each wooden board carefully selected by us for manufacturing 💪

To handcraft our platforms we only use first quality solid woods, in this case you can see our European Oak wood 💪

Hello, historically this is actually the “orthodox” way of hitting what first called the “punch bag”. Initially it was hung on a longer string, and rolling it like a modern speed bag was not possible until the distance to the platform was shortened to make it faster, and over time it became a new thing. However, the goal of this video was not to showcase this bagging style or display skills at the bag, this is a power stress test to illustrate to potential customers the exceptional stability of our Speed Bag Platforms, that have excellent stability with no vibrations as you can see 😄

We use bicomponent polyurethane paint with catalyst to isolate our platforms as the first hand. The advice is to not use normal vinyl glue for gluing the solid wood 😄

It all depends on the grain of the chosen wood. The solid wood moves in the decades, it's absolutely important before gluing to check the direction of the veins (it's different if the material in use is plywood or MDF)
