How are you getting round that there is now no headlight flash function on that headlight with only a xenon bulb fitted? This makes the lights illegal and will fail any inspection anywhere, surely?

You should align the lights on the car prior to sealing you really should if not you’ll have to bake them again and separate you can use a two part water seal type epoxy
