Why does TH-cam only have 7 parts? Your website has way too many advertisements. It isn't easy to read it. My Laptop fan starts as soon as I visit your website.
Please turn the music off and only highlight differences if they exist with other platforms instead of repeating the steps on them.

How is class used? All platforms are running Linux so why repeat on each?

I am using stm32 h7 i am able to move my code from bootmode(bt0 high ) to application mode But when I want to read and write data from USart1 it shows some random data which gets filled in my array And my usart is also not working.

Hello, you need to enable this option in the project configuration options. By default srec file will be generated. You need to check the bin file file in that output option.
great tutorial but as i understand "read" operation will give you data from the whole bar and if i want to read the particular byte is it possible to read from particular addr in a bar, like read(base_addr+offset, len)?

Hello, I'm trying to do this, but I always get error in the received end of frame. The end of frame always came 0xbf. If I comment out that part to ignore, the CRC came wrong. Calculated CRC is 0x4e08bfb4 and the crc that came is 0xb4000000. If I upload the previous version and previous PC-Tool everything works perfect. Could the new PC-Tool have problem? I checked the with the online CRC tools and when I make CRC-32 calculation of 0x00 I got the same result as the STM32 calculation Edit: I found the problem. Here is data that PC Tool generating. There is so much zero. We have used the bootloader to update this. Not the with the inbuilt ST LINK.

It is necessary to clean Flash memory before writing new application version or this step could be omitted?
On stm32 micros the flash memory has to be erased first (All 1's is considered erase). Otherwise the firmware will throw a hard fault when trying to write anything (either '1' or '0') over a '0' bit.
In tera term no com port is showing for ST link. So I cheacked in device manager about this it showing my STM port under "universal serial bus devices." Sir, how you connected it to COM port ?

Hello. I am confused since in all the literature I have read up until this point I have been told that Cortex-M MCUs have a full-descending stack model and what it is loaded into the MSP after reset/power is the direction of the top of the stack i.e 0x200X X000.The value that you say gets loaded in the MSP (0x20000000) is actually the direction of the begining of the SRAM memmory that leaves virtually no room for stack to grow. MSP should point to the end of SRAM (direction depends on the specific MCU but it is in the range of 0x200X X000) to allow it to grow downwards.

an incorrect ip address shows up on the terminal when I perform ipconfig : I get 169.254.83.55 instead of 192.168.1.25 that I have set up. The ping doesn't wor out. What could be wrong?
It ended up that it only works when we connect the board to the router. If you connect it to the PC it shows an incorrect address and the ping doesn't work.

Hi sir, Thanks for you tutorial But it's seem have problem with transmit data from hostap to STM This issue like: OTA START : NACK OTA START [ex = -1] send_ota_start Err OTA ERROR I have doing some debug with your code, this issue happen because in your etx_receive_chunk on STM function will recive each part in turn, but function on hostapp will send all data in 1 turn without wating each part of etx_receive_chunk return, so the second part of fucntion etx_receive_chunk dont have data --> timeout --> send NACK. Ex: In funciton sent_ota_start on hostapp will send all data in step receive SOF byte of etx_receive_chunk and wait respone. I try to increat delay but I dont think it is a good idea. I very happy if you fix this issue. Many thanks!!!

For nucleo F303RE what are the flash memory addresses? Its not working for this board, though compilation and flashing proceeds OK, seems.
Please check it's datasheet.
