Unfortunately, this video won't reach the ignorant 16-22-year-old who thinks they are going to become rich through section 8 after watching tom cruise sales pitch video. Anybody who owns real estate and does this in real life knows the reality of section 8 and could see Section8Kareem and Tom Cruise for what they are; a sleezy salesman who generated most of their income through selling courses by pitching a flase dream by taunting their material wealth in these videos to naive/younger inexperience investor. I appreciate this video.. Someone who is actually honest.

I been seeing a lot of people saying there are "Seller Finance available"on Turn Key homes. Is this true or just a myth? Where they say there are 1000's of 5k down and you can get into properties on seller finance.
