Terrible answer. How about promoting farming, allocating rental lands seeds etc make it a community thing. People get paid for the work they do this having money and food. NOT birth control. And also lessening screen time for kids and adults we spend so much time sitting learning nothing and not being active getting our feet in the grass and we wonder why we're not healthy as before....
