Marcelo Alberto Bielsa Caldera (Rosario, 21 de julio de 1955) es un exfutbolista y entrenador argentino. Actualmente es el entrenador de la selección de fútbol de Uruguay.​ Como futbolista se desempeñó en la posición de defensa. Como director técnico debutó en Newell's Old Boys y se consagró campeón del torneo local en dos ocasiones además de llegar a la final de la Copa Libertadores 1992 con Newell's Old Boys.
