Neji is definitely taking the W in this fight. I don't see Sasuke being able to keep up for too long. Base Lee speed isn't enough to keep up with Neji and going close combat with Neji would show the skill difference between the two.

Chidori would be able to penetrate rotation. Think about it. A chakra punch was able to knock Neji out of rotation. Not the Rasengan, but just a chakra infused punch. This means you're saying that his chakra punch is as strong as the Rasengan which matches up with Chidori equally. Sasuke would be able to see that Neji has chakra going into his hands and although he might not know the specifics of what that means, I do believe he'd know to avoid making contact with Neji's hands. So Sasuke would know to avoid close combat with Neji. Even if Neji managed to get off 64 palms, Sasuke could likely use the curse mark to overcome having his Chakra points sealed, similarly to the way Naruto used Kurama. Using the Curse Mark enhances Sasukes strength and speed, helping him match up with Neji even more. Neji would likely believe that rotation could stop chidori, which it likely couldn't considering the above statement, meaning he'd be a sitting or spinning duck for Sasuke's chidori. Also Sasuke could use his kunai reflection technique to deflect a kunai above the rotation and into Neji, while he's using rotation. Whether that would work is a toss up, but it's an option. Sasuke has more options to defeat Neji than Neji does to defeat Sasuke. This means Sasuke is more likely to win vs Neji.

Zuko is peak training but Katara's abilities are from naturally being gifted which surpass full training for most battles. The best example of natural talent would be Zahir from TLOK, zero air bending training and was able to beat some of the best benders in the world. Avatar > Natural Talent > Trained Talent

Kisame might be able to absorb the chakra from the C4 bombs, but he needs to know that they are there, and they are not visible to the human eye. Plus, everyone forgets that Deidara has a mini(!) C4 that operates locally. And if he had thrown this mini C4 bomb at Kisame in his huge water prison, he could have inhaled them with his gills and that was it. Deidara himself cannot physically breathe underwater, so he will not harm himself with his own technique. And many people forget that Deidara can sculpt absolutely any animal, for example, sharks - Kisame's main weapon, which would turn against him. And these clay sharks could distract Kisame in this huge water prison while Deidara prepares the C4 bomb, which doesn't take much time. And Kisame can't absorb the chakra from an explosion that has already detonated (C0 or any other Dei's bomb)

Wolverine would easily beat captain America! He has over 200 years of combat experience and is trained in almost every form of martial arts. Even if he didn't have his healing factor, claws and metal skeleton, he is skilled enough to beat captain America. Captain America was trained basic army combat training, for a few weeks, and was frozen in ice for 70 years. Bucky Barnes has more combat experience than Steve Rogers, even though they're the same age, as he was trained by hydra and used as the winter soldier in between being frozen between his missions, Bucky could also beat captain America, and would have done if he wasn't also fighting Falcon and Black Widow at the same time.
